about

The first jig I learnt from Marion Egan. The Killavil Jig I learned from Tony Ryan who taught me flute in my teens. The 3rd tune I learnt from box player Edel Donnellon (Harland) in the early 1990’s. A great time for tunes in Manchester. It was written by whistle player Michael Dwyer and is sometimes known as Connie O’Connell’s or the Restless Boy.
